Sherry began her career in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 16. She attended Isabell's University of Beauty Culture. After getting married, she traveled to Augusta, Georgia and went to work in a Wig Salon. When she finally arrived in Vero Beach, she had 5 years experience in the Beauty Industry and only wanted to be the best at what she did. Every vacation and time off was spent attending numerous schools and classes. Training to do anything and everything that had to do with the Beauty Profession.
At the time industry was coming into the convenience of one stop shopping. Malls were popping up in every city and the concept took hold in the beauty industry. At 26, she had her own Full Service Salon with a staff of eight cosmetologists. Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and loving every minute of it! They were full service in every sense of the word. If it had to do with hair, skin, or nails, she had the training to know that it was done correctly.
Sherry received her Advanced Cosmetology Certification through the University of South Florida in Tampa. She began winning competitions for Hair, Makeup and Nails. Keeping company of Artists that were on the go and leaders in our Industry. Drawing from their expertise and knowledge she was driven to be the best she could be for her clients. Her drive and ambition is still apparent today.
As things began to evolve Sherry decided it was time to give back to the Industry. Becoming an educator, she taught basic, advanced cosmetology, and continued education classes for the next 3 years. For the next 10 years Sherry worked trade shows and traveled throughout the United States and Puerto Rico teaching classes and sharing her knowledge and education with her peers, as well as continuing to work in the Salon.
Sherry truly believes that when the challenge and excitement are gone with what you do; its time to look for more. She has never gotten to the point in her career that she was bored or tired of what she does. That is why she continues to pursue the challenge and excitement of continuing to learn and explore new things. It's what keeps the creativity alive and well. The Passion that she feels for the creations that she does, and the reward is the satisfied and happy clients that return to her chair time after time. They know that she will listen and do her very best to achieve just the right look that they are seeking.

Sherry trained with Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, Jheri Redding, Anthony Mascolo, Wayne Grund, Toni and Guy-- just to name a few who have been inspirational to her.
Vidal Sassoon - precision came to her cuts.
Paul Mitchell - she learned that she could make hair do anything and creativity was unleashed.
Jheri Redding - opened all the doors and windows to Chemistry and the imagination to create specialty perms and color became alive and excitement took over.
Anthony Mascolo- with TIGI - Point cutting, shattered cuts and detached cuts and color came to the front of the stage and took the main spot

Wayne Grund - trained her to do Thermal Hair Straightening and cutting. This is the best Thermal Hair straightener on the market. Wow the integrity of the hair is phenomenal!
